KABANDA Vincent

He was born in Rwanda and is currently working as a TVET school teacher at Lycee de RUHENGERI APICUR. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Survey from Ines-Ruhengeri (2014). He got an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering at KIST (2011) and he has a Secondary School Advanced Certificate (A2) in Public Works and Construction at ESTB_Busogo (2003).
